At Millington Hall Farm, we believe great food starts with fire. This four-hour, hands-on introduction to BBQ covers the essentials — from building and managing heat, to cooking meat, seafood, and even dessert over live fire.

The session is designed for anyone with an interest in outdoor cooking, whether you’re new to BBQ or looking to sharpen your skills.

On arrival, guests will enjoy freshly cooked snacks (smoked chicken wings and hotlinks) before moving into a mix of short talks, live demonstrations, tastings, and open Q&A. By the end of the class, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to create flavourful BBQ dishes in your own garden.
