Description
Join us in the Wild Meadow baking marquee for a one-of-a-kind experience, featuring expert baking tips and tricks, fun competitions and plenty of food and drink along the way! This 3 hour experience features three competition elements, set by our expert baking tutor; a guided bake, a challenge bake and decorating challenge. Who will be crowned top baker of the day?
Your 3 hour experience includes a welcome glass of fizz, canapé snacks, tea & coffee and all the ingredients you’ll need for the competition. You’ll get to dig in to (or box up!) all the bakes you make on the day, and take part in a spread of the day’s bakes with your fellow competitors and tutor.
A perfect day out gift to share with a date, a friend or family member, and a relaxed opportunity to meet like-minded baking fans in the area. We source as many ingredients as we can from a maximum of a 20 mile radius from our Cheshire farm – so you’re supporting local too!

Meet your pastry chef and experience leader and your fellow competitors, with welcome canapés and fizz / tea or coffee.
Bake Along Session
Follow along with our pastry chef, as they guide you through the first bake of the day. Our chef will help you get the best bake with expert tips and guidance from years of experience in professional kitchens.
Challenge Bake
Delve into more complex skills with your next bake activity, such as tempering chocolate and whipping up crème patissière. Explore ways you can improve your baking knowledge, all with expert guidance from our pastry chef!
Decorative Bake
Try your hand at technical decorative skills, and present your bake in the very best way. Will your bake pass the mark?
Judging
Our expert baker will judge your bakes and present the winner with a very special prize!
Refreshments
Our bar and relaxed seating lounge is open throughout, for teas, coffees and delicious, locally-sourced canapés.
