Description
The Intermediate BBQ Class is designed for returning students or confident home cooks who already know the basics of live-fire cooking. This course builds on foundational knowledge, introducing more advanced proteins, multi-grill management, and flavour balancing.
Class Format
- Cook a variety of meats, fish, and vegetables using multiple fire setups
- Learn how to manage several dishes at once without losing control
- Understand how to plan a cook backwards from service
