Millington Hall Farm to be main sponsor for Meatup Festival 2026
Meatup Festival will take place for the first time at Ashley Hall Showground in Cheshire on 1 and 2 August 2026. The new two day festival will bring together around 5,000 guests for a weekend focused on fire cooking, farming, butchery, music and outdoor food culture. Expect live cooking demonstrations, great food, music and plenty of chances to learn from some of the best pitmasters, chefs and farmers around.
For the very first Meatup, we are proud to announce that Millington Hall Farm will be the main sponsor.
The festival has always been designed to celebrate fire, food and farming, so it feels like a natural partnership. As a working farm just a short distance from the showground, supporting Meatup is something we care deeply about, particularly because it gives us a chance to champion British farming and the people behind the food we all enjoy.
A big part of the festival will be the demonstrations from chefs, pitmasters and butchers throughout the weekend. What is particularly exciting for us is that many of the people demonstrating at Meatup will also be running more in depth demonstrations and experiences at Millington Hall Farm throughout the year. The festival gives people a chance to see these experts in action, and the farm will give people the opportunity to go much deeper into the techniques and skills behind cooking with fire.
At the festival itself, Millington Hall Farm will also host its own space with the MHF Bar. It will be a relaxed place for people to gather, grab a drink and take a break from the action across the festival. It is also a chance for people to learn a bit more about what we are building at the farm.
Members of the Millington Club will receive 10% off all drinks at the MHF Bar across the weekend as a small thank you for being part of the community around the farm.
As Millington Hall Farm continues to develop its cookery school, fire cooking programmes and farming experiences, Meatup feels like the perfect place to share that journey. It is a festival that celebrates great food, great people and the role that farming plays in bringing it all together.
We are proud to be supporting the very first Meatup Festival and look forward to seeing everyone at Ashley Hall Showground this August.
