Description
Delve into all things lamb as our expert team takes you through the farm-to-table cycle of the nation’s favourite Sunday roast centrepiece.
You are welcomed into the demo area to meet your experts and enjoy a delicious selection of lamb charcuterie, canapés and a welcome drink. You’ll then jump in the 4×4 and take a trip to our farmer, for an up close and personal intro to sheep husbandry and the process of rearing good quality meats. Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn how to break down your own half lamb, with a complete guided butchery session. A whole half lamb is yours and yours alone.
Across this four hour experience, enjoy the tastes of local British charcuterie, bbq lamb cookery, and a full to bursting menu of delicious food, prepared by our house chef and pitmasters. Take your freshly broken down cuts to the grill to join our pitmaster, as they walk you through exciting flame-grilled lamb recipes. You’ll be well watered throughout, with a curated selection of lines from local breweries and distilleries.
Top it all off with a meal fit for a king or queen in the Nordic tipi, featuring grilled cuts and dishes slow-roasted by our house pit master and chef.
And if you’re still hungry, your whole half lamb is yours to take home at the end of the day, jointed up by your own fair hands!
