Gin & Glamping Experience

Enjoy some of the region’s finest craft and artisan gins, carefully matched with three courses of farm-to-table dining.

Led by our knowledgable and charismatic host, you will be served a selection of locally produced gins, each with their own paired mixer and botanicals, with tasting notes for each. While you’re tasting, you’ll also be served delicious field-to-fork food, freshly prepared in house, using our favourite local producers.

At the end of the evening, you’re invited to sleep under the stars in the wildflower meadow. Sink into your full size bed, and under crisp hotel linen – to sleep off the gin!

Check in any time from 6pm, and settle in to your accommodation for the evening. Soak in the atmosphere of the Wildflower Meadow and mingle with your evening’s hosts. Nibbles served from the bar!

Get stuck into the gin-making process, with a bathtub gin making session. Learn how gin is made, and get to grips with the different botanicals that create each gin’s unique flavour profile, before making your own blend. Will your gin be a classic juniper dry, or will you delve into the world of ancient herbs like angelica, arrow root and cassia bark?

We are excited to share with you exciting gins made by Cheshire, North-West and UK based distillers. Enjoy some of the finest that local producers have to offer, paired especially with mixers and garnishes to amplify the delicious flavours of each gin. Our knowledgeable host is on hand to help you get the most out of your tasting experience, with notes on each flavour, the distillers making your evening’s gin and what to look out for when you taste.

Around your tasting, enjoy the freshest ingredients from local food & drink producers – with courses selected specifically for their attributes to complement the gins on offer this evening. As always with experiences at the farm, we take pride in supporting local producers, and this evening’s dining is no exception. All our suppliers are based within 20 miles of the farm. Vegan and GF dining options available.

To top off your evening, we have live entertainment on the dance floor. Throw some shapes and work off the evenings indulgences, before you head to bed.

Our event space closes at 11.00pm, and we do ask all our guests to minimise noise after this time.
