How do I get to the farm?
The farm address is Millington Hall Farm, Millington Lane, Altrincham WA14 3RN.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to arrangements we make with local suppliers in advance, we regret that there are no refunds for cancellations. We may be able to accommodate date transfers if requested 2 or more weeks in advance of the experience date (subject to availability). Please get in touch at [email protected] or via the Ticket Tailor website.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, we have parking for up to 20 cars.
Is the venue accessible?
Areas of some experiences are situated outdoors, and pedestrian access to the experience area is from a stony parking area over a grass path with no handrail. Please contact us to discuss your accessibility requirements.
How can I get support after purchasing?

Is the food halal/kosher?
We regret that the food served at the farm is not halal/kosher.
Is the venue heated / what clothing should I bring?
All the indoor parts of our experiences take place in cosy, heated spaces. Experiences with outdoor elements, such as grilling, take place in covered outdoor spaces, so please make sure that you bring appropriate seasonal clothing if you want to take part in these segments. Our baking and gin experiences are all indoor experiences.

FAQs – Accommodation
What time is check in / check out?
Please check in when you arrive for your experience, as our accommodation will only be available for experience guests. It’s a good idea to arrive a bit early so you don’t miss any of your experience! The gate to the farm is opened 45 minutes before all experience start times.
Check out is 10.30am on the following morning.
Is the tent heated?
Each tent is heated with its own individual wood burner, which is ample heating for your tent. There are also down duvets and faux fur throws. Hot water bottles are also available in the tent, though you shouldn’t need them!
Is there power in the tent?
Each tent has power running directly to it from the farm’s supply.
Are there showers and toilets on site?
Yes there are hot showers and toilet facilities on site, which are shared facilities.

FAQs – Gift Vouchers
How do gift vouchers work?
Gift tickets can be purchased for specific experiences on our ticketing platform, Ticket Tailor. All you need to do is head to our gift voucher experience booking page, select the experience you would like to gift and follow the purchase instructions. When your ticket recipient wants to book onto a date, they will need to check availability online, and email us at [email protected] to redeem their code and book onto a date.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be exchanged for a place before dates have been confirmed as available. There are unfortunately no refunds if the experience is sold out before the ticket is redeemed, but we can offer an equivalent value discount on a ticket for a different experience which does have open availability.
Gift tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Please check availability of the experience you have been gifted on here or contact us via [email protected] to get all available dates. When you have a date in mind and we have confirmed availability, we will ask you for your code so we can exchange your code for a booking confirmation, which we will email to you. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability on the experience before we have confirmed this with you.
