Description
Our expert team of meat professionals welcomes you to the Wild Meadow for a jam-packed 4 hours of meat preparation and cookery, with guided sessions from our butcher on pig butchery and sausage-making, our pitmaster on bbq seasoning and open-flame cookery, and a constant stream of freshly prepared and locally sourced food from our head chef. You’ll get to try your hand at all the skills on show, butchering your own pig joints, preparing cuts and grill classics, and making your own sausages to take home. This farm favourite course ends with a very special feast in the Nordic Tipi, where you’ll dine by the crackling fire, alongside your course mates and teachers.
Your 4 hour experience includes all drinks, charcuterie & canapés and a final meal at the celebratory feast. The feast includes all the meat you prep & grill on the day, along with special sides and additional cuts, slow-cooked by our head chef.
A perfect gift for a fan of barbecuing, and a brilliant way to support local producers. All the meat and beverages for this event come from farms or breweries within a 20 mile radius of our Cheshire farm.
