Working in small groups alongside our Pitmasters, you’ll prepare and cook a range of dishes before sitting down together to enjoy the food at the end of the session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p4\"\u003eThe principles covered apply to most charcoal barbecues, including kettle BBQs, kamados and smokers, so you don’t need a particular type of barbecue to take part.\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p4\"\u003eThis isn’t a cookery demonstration.
